As a newly launched brand, all sales are final. We currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Return of Payment
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error.
Customers agree to contact Forever Masc before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges, to the extent permitted by law.
